San Juan de Dios

It was built at the beginning of the 16th century. It has a single nave. Inside, a wonderful armour is well preserved. Outside, it has an interesting late gothic stone façade and a carved wood door with the shield of San Juan de Dios order.

Nuestra señora de la Encarnación

Its canonical raising was in 1505, but the current building was built at the beginning of the 18th century. Its structure is a basilica plant with three baroque naves and a rococo stone façade.

It has also an organ considered as the most important one built in Spain in the last 125 years.

Iglesia Santo Cristo del Calvario

In the avenue of the same name and at the bottom of the Hermitage built within the XVIII century, one can find the Church Santo Cristo del Calvario, blessed in 1976. A place of cult, it contains in its interior, beautiful icons and beautiful colorful stained glass windows; modern construction, air conditioned, that conforms an assembly of great beauty where all visitors can find the peace and to admire various works of art.

Santiago

It is probably the oldest religious building in town (it is not aligned with the square and this means that its construction is early period) traced back to the 15th century, contemporary with the Marbella reconquest. It is a very simple building, with a single nave. It is the brotherhood headquarters of Cofradía del Santísimo Cristo del Amor, María Santísima de la Caridad y San Juan Evangelista.

Santo Cristo de la Vera Cruz

It was build in 16th century. It was extended in the 18th century with a lady chapel tower. It has a single nave. Inside, at the bottom, a choir which uses as support a Tuscan column sunk in the baptismal font is highlighted. Outside, the stone crest and cut stone façade, the small bell tower, and the exterior of the lady chapel (an octogonal structure which uses as support a glazed ceramic roof tiles) are highlighted.
